Aromatherapy Associates creates specialised aromatherapy products and treatments at a professional and therapeutic standard for hotels and destination spas worldwide. They also provide retail support and extensive education and training on all their product ranges and tratments.
Solution
Aromatherapy Associates needed a campaign management system that allowed them to send emails to their customers and track how that campaign was received. Several HTML email templates were created to cater for different audiences and training provided so they could manage the system internally.
